On the second day at Dark Horse we finished tracking The Christmas Story, More Than Christmas, Angels Medley and Away in a Manger. Brian is going to do an arrangement for us of What Child is This that is simply piano and cello. It should be stunning and I can’t wait to hear it! We’ll also be doing O Come O Come Emmanuel acapella so that will bring the album to a total of ten songs. Each song that we recorded has it’s own story and it would take too long to type right now, so as I find time, I’ll blog about each one.
This project has been amazing. It’s a great way to end 2009. So amazing that I almost don’t want 2009 to end… God has done so much, looking back is almost unbelievable. If I would write a script for my life, I wouldn’t write it any other way. I can’t wait to see what the Author of Life has scripted for 2010!
